1. Do you have a return or exchange policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature and integrity of our products, we do not offer any refunds. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order, and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. Your returning items can not be combed, brushed, washed, cut or altered or chemically treated in any way.

2. Why is my order non-returnable if opened?

Human hair and synthetic extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients and employees.

3. How do I make a return?

You must contact us first at within a fifteen (15) day return period. We then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All your order must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice, a proof of your purchase.

We will then provide you with our return address where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Opened merchandise will not be refunded or exchanged.

4.Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because we will not be responsible for lost returns.

5. When will I receive my refund?

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and taken out of the cardboard backing which is protected by a golden security seal.

6.May I return my order without contacting you or getting an RMA?

No. You must contact us prior to sending your return as our return address is different from the address we ship our hair extensions from. Also, the RMA facilitates tracking of your returned product and expedites your refund.
Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility.

Non Refundable Item 

Items such as wigs, wiglets, ponytails, clip-ons., hairpieces, synthetics, hair care products, all equipments, discontinued, clearance items and etc. are not returnable for exchange, store credit or refund.
